  • Gingembre frais – 2 tranches

RÉALISATION :

  1. Rincer et couper le foie de porc en fines lamelles, assaisonner
  2. Laver les épinards et couper en morceaux
  3. Faire bouillir les épinards ainsi que le gingembre dans 1/2 litre d’eau jusqu’à ce que les épinards deviennent tendres
  4. Ajouter le foie de porc et assaisonner à nouveau (sel, poivre, huile de sésame, etc.)
  5. Lorsque l’ébullition reprend, éteindre, laisser reposer quelques minutes et servir chaud
