  • Châtaigne d’eau – 6 pièces
  • Bulbes de lys séchés – 30g
  • Salade – 1 pièce

RÉALISATION :

  1. Réhydrater les bulbes de lys dans de l’eau bouillante
  2. Laver la salade et déchirer grossièrement
  3. Laver le céleri et couper en fines lamelles
  4. Laver les châtaignes d’eau, enlever la peau et couper en fines lamelles
  5. Mélanger les ingrédients aux feuilles de salade
  6. Assaisonner et servir
