  1. Faire tremper les haricots noirs pendant 12 heures.
  2. Cuire l’œuf puis retirer la coquille, réserver.
  3. Blanchir les épinards.
  4. Réunir les haricots noirs, les épinards et les jujubes dans une casserole et ajouter 1 litre d’eau.
  5. Porter à ébullition puis laisser mijoter jusqu’à ce que les haricots noirs deviennent tendres.
  6. Ajouter l’œuf et 2 cs de sauce soja et laisser mijoter encore 5 minutes.

  3. Mettre la viande de mouton et l’ail écrasé dans 1 litre d’eau et laisser cuire jusqu’à ce que la viande soit tendre.
  4. Ajouter la décoction de gingembre et de cannelle à la soupe de mouton et laisser cuire encore 10 minutes.
  5. Manger la viande et boire la soupe tiède.
